Refunds & Rescheduling Policy

Deep-Dive Sessions (60-Minute Consulting Session)

Deep-Dive Sessions are one-hour consulting sessions designed to provide structured advice, feedback, or discussion on topics such as:

  • reviewing product architecture
  • discussing a startup or product idea in detail
  • working through technical decisions
  • structured advice on career progression
  • reviewing AI-generated or “vibe-coded” applications for risks or improvements

Because these sessions reserve a specific time in advance, the following refund and rescheduling policy applies.

Refunds

You may request a full refund up to 12 hours before the scheduled session time.

Refund requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule to another available time.

Rescheduling requests should ideally be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session, but reasonable requests may be accommodated where possible.

Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original booking date, subject to availability.

No-Shows

If you do not attend the scheduled session and have not contacted me beforehand, the booking will be treated as completed and will not be eligible for a refund.

In some circumstances, I may offer the option to reschedule at my discretion.

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

To request a refund or reschedule your session, please contact:

Please include:

  • your name
  • the booking date and time
  • your booking confirmation details

Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business daysfor the refund to appear in your account.

If I Need to Reschedule

If I am unable to attend the scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

  • the option to reschedule to another available time, or
  • a full refund.
